The Yellow God of Wealth, known as "Nora" in Tibetan, is translated into Chinese as "God of Wealth". His Tibetan name is "Zhanbalasebo" or "Zangse". His skin color is yellow, thus he is called the Yellow God of Wealth. He is a guardian deity in Esoteric Buddhism and the leader among all the gods of wealth. The Yellow God of Wealth is one of the five colored gods of Wealth worshipped by the major sects in Xizang. The five colored gods of Wealth are: the White God of Wealth, the Yellow God of Wealth, the Red God of Wealth, the Green God of Wealth, and the Black God of Wealth. The image of the Yellow God of Wealth is that his upper body is exposed, his lower body is dressed in a skirt, and he holds a Mani treasure in his right hand, symbolizing that the precious light shines upon all directions and enhances the blessings of all living beings. In his left hand, he holds a large pot-spitting mouse, with jewels in its mouth, symbolizing treasure. With a white conch on his right foot, it symbolizes that he can venture into the sea to retrieve treasures.
